Our fifth edition of the Big Bids for Kids Online Auction has raised over $18,000 for vital kids’ cancer research, with all proceeds directed straight to researchers backed by The Kids’ Cancer Project.

The virtual auction, launched amidst the pandemic in 2020, and has raised over $130,000 in total since its inception. The last 15 minutes of bidding was intense to say the least, as bidders waited up until the last second to place their final offers.

The Kids’ Cancer Project Head of Partnerships, Patrick Phibbs, says he is immensely grateful to both the bidders and partners and prizing sponsors who have enabled further research into kids’ cancer treatments.

“There is always a sense of excitement as the Big Bids for Kids online auction enters its final hours and minutes. We are incredibly grateful for the generous item donations from businesses and individuals, especially those who support us year after year, as well as participants who are bidding right ‘til the end.

“Beyond the thrill of the auction, the funds raised play a crucial role in supporting childhood cancer research. We hope that the auction continues on its current trajectory, increasing its impact over time.”

The Kids’ Cancer Project wishes to thank each of its partners and prizing sponsors, each of which are listed below.
