Christmas for a Cure

2020-11-06
Do you have goods or services that could be donated for the live and silent auctions?

In the blink of an eye, Christmas is just around the corner and staff at The Kids’ Cancer Project are busy planning the first ever Christmas for a Cure lunch on Wednesday, 9 December 2020.

Hosted at Doltone House in Jones Bay Wharf, guests will have the opportunity to dress up, enjoy stunning harbour views and get into the holiday spirit all while raising vital funds to support bold scientific research for childhood cancer.

To help drive as many donations as possible during this event, The Kids' Cancer Project is asking businesses to donate goods and services for the live and silent auctions - both of which wil be held online so even those who cannot attend due to Covid restrictions can get involved.

On the day, guests will be treated to an all-star sporting hero panel discussion hosted by The Kids’ Cancer Project CEO and Australian Wallaby legend, Owen Finegan.

It’s guaranteed to be an afternoon of fun and entertainment all for a serious cause – raising funds to support world-class scientists and researchers who dedicate their careers to finding better treatments and cures for childhood cancer.

If you would like to donate an item for auction please call 1800 651 158 or contact Owen Finegan or Patrick Phibbs direct.
