Buttons

A range of different button styles can be applied to links, and the same button styles are attached to standard widgets and CMS functions.

Note that the default site style for buttons is easily configured, so it's probably not necessary for content authors to change the appearance of most buttons. But the following styles are easily applied to individual buttons independently of the default site style.
