With perfect weather comes the best Golf Day ever!

Our 2024 NSW Golf Day is officially our greatest to date, raising over $100,000 for vital kids’ cancer research!

A record 30 teams descended upon St Michael’s Golf Course in Little Bay on Friday morning for 18 holes of golf, plus competitions for nearest to the pin, hole in one and longest drive.

The Better Challenge ambassador Hugo Kulcsar sure had a day to remember, not only sharing his story, but also forming part of the winning team and winning the nearest to pin trophy.

Hugo, who models his golf game on his rugby goalkicking, says it was an incredible day.

"It’s been an unreal day. The entire vibe from everyone has been amazing and it’s been awesome to be a part of it,” he says.

“Days like these are massively important for kids with cancer. To raise as much awareness and funding for better treatments as we have is incredible, and more funding leads to better treatments and less side effects.”

A number of attendees took home prizes both raffled and auctioned off late in the day, including a Golf Experience at The Australian Golf Club, Beer for a Year thanks to Bentspoke Brewing Co, and an MTB1 Mountain Bike.
